2 changes- Chats inside a project: a project is what the team shares (the site, its knowledge, skills, files, schedules); a chat is one thread in it. Anyone on the project opens as many chats as they like; a new chat is private to the person who opened it until they share it with the team, and its title comes from its first message until renamed. The chat rail on the project page lists your chats and the shared ones, newest first; rename, share or make private, clear or remove your own. Two people work in two chats at the same time. The conversation a project had before becomes its General chat, shared.
