Templates now become native Elementor
T-Builder 0.9.11 converts an HTML template or design prototype into Elementor's own containers and widgets, with fonts, colours, spacing and backgrounds on their settings and mobile stacked.
Until now T-Builder turned every section of a template into one section widget: faithful to the template's CSS, but one block in Elementor's structure panel. Agencies that live in Elementor asked for the real thing. Version 0.9.11 delivers it: a template becomes Elementor's own elements.
What you get
Each section becomes a flex container. Inside it, headings are Heading widgets, paragraphs are Text Editor widgets, pictures are Image widgets, links styled as buttons are Button widgets, a row of menu links is a row of link buttons, lists are Icon List widgets, a YouTube or Vimeo frame is a Video widget, a logo or line art is an HTML widget with the SVG. Columns are nested containers with the widths the browser drew.
The template's design lands on the settings, where an Elementor user expects it: font family, size, weight, line height, letter spacing and transform; text and background colours; paddings, gaps, borders, radii and shadows; background pictures and gradients; entrance animations. Open the Structure panel and every piece is there to drag, restyle or remove.
Measured, not guessed
Other HTML to Elementor converters read the CSS and estimate. T-Builder draws the page in a real browser first, then reads what the browser measured: every width, gap, padding and font size on the settings is the number from the drawn page. Rows keep their proportions, decorative layers laid over a hero keep their place through Elementor's position controls, and a design tool's wrapper elements that are no box at all are opened up so a header row stays a row.
Mobile is handled at the same time: rows stack on a phone, wide paddings shrink, and type above 28 px scales down on tablet and phone.
When a section widget serves better
Some sections carry things native widgets cannot: a working form that posts and mails, a marquee running on its own keyframes, a row of icon-font glyphs. Those stay T-Builder section widgets with Content and Style tabs, and the agent says which sections and why. Ask for builder "sections" to keep a whole page that way.
Also in 0.9.11
The plugin now puts itself on WordPress's auto-update list when a site connects, so releases install in the site's twice-daily update run. And a template page drawn by an older rendering engine is drawn again before the next scan or conversion, so improvements in the drawing reach templates drawn before them.
Update to 0.9.11 from your account and convert a template. Each conversion is one conversation step, priced on the pricing page; the scan is free.
