Report a wrong answer, see it fixed in the next release
Every T-Builder answer now has a Report a problem link. The Tredcoo team reviews the report, and the fix shows up on your account's What's new page with the version that shipped it.
An agent that edits a customer's site will sometimes get it wrong: it picks the wrong section, misreads a field, or installs a plugin you did not mean. What matters is what happens next. From today every answer in a T-Builder project has a "Report a problem" link under it, and every report has a visible outcome.
Reporting takes one click
Under each answer of the WordPress AI agent there is a rating and a "Report a problem" link. Click it, say in a sentence what went wrong, and send. The report carries the answer, the conversation up to that point and the tool calls the agent made, so you do not have to reconstruct anything. Nothing about the customer's content leaves the project; the reviewers see what the agent saw.
Reviewed by the Tredcoo team
Reports arrive in the Tredcoo admin, where the team reads each one. Most reports are of one of a few kinds: a tool that did not do what its description says, a template section that converted badly, a form that validated the wrong way, an answer that was simply wrong. Each is classified, reproduced and either fixed in the plugin, fixed on the platform, or answered when the agent was right and the report was a misunderstanding.
You do not need to follow up. The report stays attached to your account until it is closed.
The fix appears on What's new
Your account has a What's new page that lists every plugin and platform release. When a fix for your report ships, it is listed there under the version that carried it, with an icon per kind of problem: a converter fix, a tool fix, a form fix, a wrong answer. You see that your report became a change, and which version to update to.
For an AI website builder for agencies this is the loop that makes the tool trustworthy over time: a wrong answer on one site becomes a fix for every site.
What this costs
Nothing. Reporting is free, reviewing is our job, and the release that carries the fix is downloaded from your account like any other. Only the conversations themselves draw from your credit, as the pricing page explains.
